Barbara A. Bryant was born in Newburg, NY. She met her husband Louis L. Bryant while he was a cadet at West Point. They were married Feb 19, 1955. They are survived by 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She attended and graduated from Flower and Fifth Avenue School of Nursing, NYC, NY as an RN (homeopathic hospital...probably beginnings of her focus on treating the whole person). She had a long distinguished career as Director of Nursing of several Nursing Homes with a focus on Geriatric Care.
Service will be held on March 24, 2018 11:00 at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, 4219 Park Rd 4 South, Burnet, TX 78611. She will be interned with her husband, Louis who will get full Military Honors. The Family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Brain with Alzheimer's Disease | BrightFocus Foundation www.brightfocus.org, in her memory.
