Donnie Lee Ragland

Don is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Connie Ragland. He was preceded in death by his son, D. Page Ragland, and his son-in-law, James Cowan. He is survived by his daughter, Bretagne Cowan; his son, Drew Ragland (Jean); his granddaughter, McKenzie DePriest (Sean); his grandson, Zachary D. Ragland; his granddaughter, Jami Robinson (Grant); his sister, Judy Lee (Terry); five great-grandchildren; three nieces; and special friends Benita and Kenny Dryden.

In his youth, Don was a calf roper and jockey. He retired from Behrens Drug after 42 years of dedicated service as Sales Manager. As an avid golfer, he was a longtime member of Lost Creek Country Club and Lakeway Country Club, where he enjoyed countless rounds and friendships over the years.

Don loved time with his family. He embraced life fully, always with a smile and never missing the chance to share a good story. His warmth, humor, and genuine joy left a lasting impression on all he met.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Arbor Terrace, Magnolia Hospice Austin and Christopher House for their exceptional care and dedication. They were truly a blessing.
