Billy Gene Richardson, age 94, of Lancaster, California passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
A funeral service for Billy will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535, followed by a graveside service from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
