Constance Graham was born on Oct. 10, 1949 in Hawaii, but went on to spend the majority of her life in California. She has been a dedicated teacher in the AV for a little over 25 years, but her most loved titles were Mom and Grandma. She enjoyed jogging and being of service to God. She moved to heaven on Oct. 21, 2016 with her children by her side, due to complications from battling pancreatic cancer for 6 months. She is survived by her children & grandchildren: Scott (Cheryl) Graham of Az, Niko, Marissa, Solana. Tricia Graham of CA, (Doug), Blake. Jeff Graham of CA. Also survived by: Edward Graham, husband of 36 years (divorced Feb 2006). Dan Hess, husband of 4 years (separated May 2016). She also left behind 4 brothers- Steve, Stan, Mike, Tom, 1 sister-Sue, and countless other relatives & friends who loved her dearly. She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph & Pearl Mendonca. Vigil mass will be at St. Serra Church, Quartz Hill, Fri. Nov. 4th, 5pm. Funeral mass will be at Sacred Heart Church, Lancaster, Sat. Nov. 5th, 12pm. Flowers can be sent to Joshua Mortuary in Lancaster. Donations can be made in her name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
