Donna Ruth King

Even as our hearts ache with the pain of her absence, we rejoice in knowing Jesus has taken her to a

new and better home. Reunited with loved ones to love throughout eternity in the presence of the Lord.

Donna was born April 9th,1936 in Cleveland Ohio to Ruth (Burcham) and John Leppla and raised in

Pittsburgh, PA. Donna married Arthur King on April 16, 1955 and lived the rest of her life together for

68 years. Donna worked and served others at Easter Seals in Saticoy, CA and in the Child

Development Center at the Adventist Hospital in Simi Valley, CA, as well as fulfilling many church

callings. Her greatest joys were her Faith and family.

She is survived by her husband Arthur King; her six children Robyn Hall and husband, Mark, of

Littlerock; David and wife, Kim, of Klamath Falls, OR; Michael and wife, Janet, of Benicia; John and

wife, Robin, of Duncan, OK; Dawn and Shelly, who live with Robyn and Mark in Littlerock; brother

John Leppla and wife, Bridget, of Pittsburgh, PA; 22 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and many

friends.

A Memorial Service will take place on July 22nd, 2023, 10:00 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of

Latter-day Saints 3490 Susan Ave, Mojave, CA with refreshments afterwards in the Cultural Hall and a

Graveside Service at Joshua Memorial Park, 808 E Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA at 12:30 p.m.
