Florence Nadine Ford

Nadine Ford was born May 29, 1936 in Moorpark, CA and left mortality on April 14, 2018. A beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Great Great Grandmother, she went by Nadine as she did not care for her first name.

Nadine married the love of her life, William A. Ford III, on March 22, 1969. She loved her family, genealogy, and searching for lost relatives. She retired from the Palmdale School District where she was the Director of Accounting. Nadine & Bill enjoyed traveling and the nine cruises they went on together. She also enjoyed the music of Randy Travis and went to many of his concerts.

She was preceded in death by her mother Leah Marie Davison, sister Myrna Marie Derryberry, grandson Joshua Young and stepson William A. Ford IV.

She is survived by her husband Bill; sons Kevin & Keith Young; foster daughters Kathy Dickerson & Rita Taggart: step daughters Debera Martinez, Deanna Mc Farland, Doreen Forbush, Rose Cristales and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

A memorial service will held on May 4th at 11 AM, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1701 West Lancaster Blvd., Lancaster, CA 93534.
