Ruth, had 9 children, 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Kinard Hartley. Also the love of her life and spouse Robert H. Payne. Also her adult children Larry, Debbie, Vickie, and her grandchildren, Shannon, Danny and Kevin.
She is survived by her daughter Barbara Humlick-Poage, Linda Haddock, Penny Wade and her sons Lloyd Hartley, Carl Hartley and Johnny Hartley.
A graveside service will be held at Joshua Memorial Park and Mortuary in Lancaster on Tuesday November 22, 2016 at 3:00 pm viewing before at 2:00 pm.
