Angela Bello

Angela was born on April 25, 1938, in Lioni, Avellino, Italy, to Antonio and Emilia D’Amelio. Raised in a Christian home, she carried her faith with her throughout her life, finding strength, comfort, and purpose in it every day.

Angela was the definition of a loving wife and devoted mother. She shared 60 beautiful years of marriage with her late husband, Vincenzo Bello, caring for him with unwavering love and dedication. Family was always at the center of her life, and her home was a place of warmth, comfort, and incredible food.

A gifted cook, Angela was known for her homemade Italian meals—especially her meatballs and pasta—which brought everyone together around the table. She found joy in the simple, meaningful things: knitting blankets for loved ones, sewing with care, tending to her flowers and garden, and making her yard a place of beauty and peace.

Angela was preceded in death by her beloved husband Vincenzo, her son Angelo, and her parents Antonio and Emilia D’Amelio.

She is survived by her daughter Maria Bello-Edwards and husband Jay, her daughter-in-law Louisa Bello; grandchildren Vincenzo and wife Mallory Bello, Christina Bello, Antonio Petrarolo (and his girlfriend Arianna Casadibari) and Stefania Petrarolo (and her boyfriend Mino Parisi); and her cherished great-granddaughter Miral Parisi.
