Angelo M. Giannosa, 86, of Las Vegas, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013. He was born Feb. 20, 1927, in Chicago. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and was a retired carpenter in construction. He is survived by wife, Jeanette Giannosa; sons, Frank Giannosa and wife, Linda, of Denver, Robert Giannosa and wife, Susan, of Chicago, Jim Giannosa and wife, Janice, of Boulder City, and David Giannosa and wife, Deborah, of Las Vegas; brother, Bernard Giannosa of Chicago; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m., Friday, March 1. There will be a second visitation 1-4 p.m., Saturday, March 2, with funeral services following, all at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation .
