It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Barbara Cooperstein Miller on July 10, 2025, at the age of 85.
Barbara was born on August 18, 1939, and throughout her life, she exemplified strength, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family. She was a beloved mother to Jeff Cooperstein , Howard Cooperstein, and mother in-law to Elizabeth, whose lives were enriched by her steady guidance, unconditional love, and enduring warmth.
Barbara was also the cherished sister of Steven Rosenberg, and she held her parents, Dora and Hyman Rosenberg, close to her heart, drawing inspiration from their love and support throughout her life.
As a grandmother, Barbara cherished every moment with her granddaughters, Emily and Rebecca Cooperstein. Her pride in their accomplishments and her joy in their presence were evident to all who knew her. She held family at the center of her heart, and her nurturing spirit created a lasting legacy of love and connection.
Barbara remarried Carl Miller and relocated to Las Vegas, where she began a new chapter of her life. Embracing the energy of her new city, she became a proud homeowner and quickly settled into a vibrant community. There, she formed deep and lasting friendships that grew into a close-knit circle—friends who became like family. Surrounded by love, support, and a renewed sense of purpose, Barbara built a fulfilling life, grounded in connection and belonging.
Barbara's kindness, wisdom, and quiet resilience touched everyone who had the privilege to know her. She will be remembered not only for her devotion to her family but also for her amazing humor, her grace, and her deep humanity.
She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire her children, grandchildren, and all who carry her memory in their hearts.
