Bettye Jean Solomon, 77, of North Las Vegas, passed away on December 22, 2011. She was born on June 14, 1934 in Leesburg, Mississippi. She is survived by her loving family and friends. Visitation will be 3-7 pm on Friday, January 6, 2012 at Palm Mortuary (1325 N. Main St.). Service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at New Light Missionary Baptist Church (1165 Lawry Ave.). Arrangements under the direction of Palm Downtown Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
