Bobette Ruth Eichberger

Bobette Ruth Eichberger Bobette (Bobbie) Ruth Eichberger passed away peacefully at Southern Hills Hospital after a long illness surrounded by family on July 23, 2014 at the age of 78. Bobbie was born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois to Robert and Martha Glaesel; this is also where she met her husband, Charles. Later they moved to Bristol, Wisconsin where they raised horses on a ranch. Upon retirement they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where they happily resided for 26 years. Bobbie loved all animals and had many pets throughout her life. She was also a diehard Chicago Bears fan. She is survived by Charles her husband of 60 ½ years; her son, Steven; her son, Mitch; and his wife, Katie, all of whom live in Las Vegas; her sister, Virginia Wall of Stephen, Minnesota and nieces and nephews. Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Martha Glaesel; her son, Charles Robert Jr.; her daughter, Pamela; and sister, Shirley Powell. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association. Memorial Services will be held August 21, 2014 at the Faith Lutheran Church at 2700 S. Town Center Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89135 at 10:30 am. A reception will be held immediately following the service.
