Charles Francis Barker Jr., 87, of Las Vegas, passed to his Lord Feb. 1, 2013. He was born Aug. 18, 1925 in Hampton, Ark. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret. He is survived by his three children, Janie (Steve) James, Joan (Danny) Brickey and Charles (Mary) Barker III; and seven grandchildren, Laura (Jason) Pitchios, Aaron James, Russell Brickey, Scott (Crystal) Brickey, Matthew Welty, Madison Welty and Marcus Welty. Services will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, at Palm Mortuary-Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National MS Society
