

Darmarcus Aleta Wilbert Sr., affectionately known as “Marcus, Mane and Cat Eyes” was born to his loving proud parents Leverne and the late Earnest Lee Wilbert Sr. on November 20, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois.
Marcus grew up in Chicago, where he was the youngest of three children. He was known to be a jokester, life of the party, playing sports, dancing, skating, bowling and he truly loved his house music.
Marcus attended and graduated from Martin Luther King High School in 1987. He moved from Chicago to Las Vegas in the early 90’s, where he started a new chapter in his life.
Marcus began a new chapter in 1991 working for Ted Wien Warehouse Department, where he enjoyed working. Marcus soon began attending all company functions and events. He also started joining different bowling leagues where he excelled. He was promoted to warehouse manger where he worked until his health began to decline.
Darmarcus accepted Christ at a later age at “Pleasant Grove Baptist Church” under the leadership of Reverend Anthony Nixon Sr.
Marcus was born into eternity January 1, 2024 at 5:02pm at home surrounded by love ones. Marcus is now reunited with his father. I’m sure we all agree that Marcus will definitely be missed and we love him so much. Get you some rest, you deserve it…..WELL DONE.
Darmarcus leaves to cherish his legacy and precious memories to his wife Claunissia Wilbert; mother Laverne Wilbert, four sons Darmarcus Wilbert Jr., Javarrio Wilbert ( Giana), Mario Wilbert and Rashawn Wilbert; one daughter Myeshia Watson two step sons Trez’men Culpepper and Jo’rion Nichols; one bonus son Pierre Ross; four grandchildren Evashanae, Aamirah, Diara and Jamir; one brother Earnest Lee Wilbert Jr.; one sister Jacquelyne Wilbert-Robinson (Kelvin); bonus brother Keith Harris (Pauline whom preceded him in death) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Marcus loved everyone and he will be missed TREMENDOUSLY.
A visitation for Darmarcus will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
