

David Harry Tabak, 55, of Las Vegas, NV, was called home early Wednesday evening March 21, 2018. He was born June 16, 1962 in Las Vegas, NV to Martha and Jay Tabak. David attended Chaparral High School and graduated in 1980. He owned Tri-R Tree Care, a tree and landscaping service until his retirement; however, his love for landscaping and gardening never waned. One of David’s passion was fishing, especially with his father. They once caught a small shark at Seal Beach in California; David also caught a Marlin in Mexico.
David was a devoted son and an amazing big brother to Kenny, whom he loved so dearly.
David is preceded in death by step-father Norman Peterson, grandparents Elvira Santistevan, Jose Rodriguez, Harry Tabak and Sarah Tabak; aunts Millie Archuleta and Tena Giles; uncle Marco Rodriguez; cousin Helen Henderson and his two best friends Misha and Taffy.
Left to cherish his beautiful life and memory are his mother Martha Peterson, father Jay Tabak (Lea), brother Kenny Tabak, aunt Edwina Simpson (Jack), uncle Don Rodriguez (Jeanie), cousins Joseph Mackool, Patti Taylor, Theresa Cornwall, Gina Bascomb, Kristine Romney, Steve DeZarn, Sherrie Lee, Debbie Sampson, Teresa Rodriguez, best friend Beau and numerous family and friends.
Services will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 at Palm Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd. Viewing will be between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. followed by services at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David’s honor to the UMC Burn Center or Opportunity Village.
