Denise Loufek

Denise graduated from Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and spent several years in the National Guard as a clerk and worked for the State of Iowa. She met Steven Loufek in Tama, Iowa and they moved to Las Vegas in 1997. In Las Vegas, she worked as a receptionist for a law firm and spent ten years working for the homebuilder Toll Brothers. Steven and Denise were married at Lake Las Vegas on June 23, 2006.

Denise loved her family, friends, football season, yard sales and her dogs, Sissy and Missy. She had a humorous attitude and could make the most boring story fun to listen to. The best way to describe her was a "funny ball of fire."

Denise is survived by her husband, Steven, two step-daughters, Kelly and Emily, brothers Preston, Dennis and Chad, sister Deborah and many niece and nephews.

A viewing and funeral service is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13 at Palm Mortuary -- 7400 W. Cheyenne — Las Vegas, NV 89129.
