My Ed.  Mahal.  You were taken away from me way to soon.   With a heavy heart I bid you adieu.... for now.

Thank you Uncle Ed for the memories and all the things that you shared to so many people,,you are loved by so many kailyan's specially your SIW FAMILY,,REST IN PEACE UNCLE TILL WE MEET AGAIN...

Worked with Ed for only six months in 1985 in PC&R department in Los Angeles. We remained friends through all this time, although I moved to Australia shortly afterwards. Ed was a wonderful man, kind, caring, very helpful and he was always so calm. He was always smiling, I can never remember him angry.  He is now with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. His will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends. "To be absent in the flesh, is to present with the Lord".  Ed my friend, till we meet again in paradise.

My sincere condolences to Ed's family especially to my dear friend Dr. Delva Deauna Limayo. May Our Lord grant Ed eternal rest. He is now with with Our Lord and Mama Mary in heaven.

Ed has always been welcoming and generous since the first time I met him, almost ten years ago. Mild mannered and thoughtful and very intelligent. His wife Delva , a colleague of mine, who is nationally known as a very intelligent and accomplished physician, always joked that Ed is the smart one in the family. We both relied on GPS and navigation software to get anywhere, but not Ed. He only needed to look at a map once. He seemed a bit puzzled whenever I suggested to use navigation apps to get somewhere when we happened to be driving together. His house is filled with lovely chess boards, that are not just ornaments, I learned very quickly not to challenge him to a game of chess or billiards, unless I am curious to find out how many ways I will be defeated, which is unusual when playing with others. Ed wins every time and he does it with kindness and grace. He never brags. Full of humility and respect for others. 

Ed you will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. Ed: Go be brilliant with the angels.

We cherish the moments spent with this loving couple, Delva and Ed. 

Manong Ed was a soft spoken guy and kind.  He was my lead person when i was working at Transamerica in the early 80's.  He helped me a lot with my cases and questions.  He's an intelligent and caring person.  Memories of him will linger for a long time.  May he rest in peace.

I have only met Ed once,  but I feel I have lost a very good friend.  I am at a loss for words during this sorrowful time.  Please know that I am thinking of you and praying for peace, comfort and strength.  Rest in peace, Ed.  

Growing up in our little  town Santa Ignacia , I feel like I’ve known Manong Galdong , Gary, Ed all my life. He was a consistent honor student and a role model. He made his family proud . In the last years of his life he really  made a lot of difference. Through  social media SIW , he spurred a global Santaignacians to love, kindness and generosity. Ed is a star shining bright , beautiful soul. Rest in eternal peace . ❤️

A man with a golden heart.  Always ready to listen and give.  Never will he give "No" for an answer.  Heaven gained an angel again.  Our hearts ached when we heard the news.  Uncle Ed Limayo, you will be gone here on earth, but your memories will live in us.  You will always be in our hearts.  'Til we meet again.  Rest now in the bossom of our Lord.  

He was a best friend to everyone.  He will be missed all the time.  May God in heaven enjoy your company along with all the angels surrounding you.  Rest in peace my dear friend and colleague.  

My Uncle Edgar is one of the kindest person I know... He gives back with good intention always....

So very, very sad.  I can't imagine a world without Ed.  He always remembered our birthdays, and was always the first one to greet us...

My heart is definitely broken.  Ed was the sweetest and kindest person I have encountered in this life.  He was always at the ready to help others.  I loved his patience with a rookie like me when I worked at TA.  Much, if not all of my knowledge after almost 17 years I owed to his guidance.  May our Lord receive his kind soul with open arms.  

It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone... part of us went with you, the day God took you home.

If love alone could have saved you,.. you never would have died. 
In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still...for in our hearts you hold a place no one else can fill. 

A million times we will miss you... a million times we will cry. 
Farewell brother, but not goodbye.

While I never personally met Edgardo, I was a friend and colleague of his wife, Delva, who I worked with for many years at the VA Medical Center here in Las Vegas.  Sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to Dr. Deauna-Limayo and to family and friends at this time of loss.


Our hearts are broken at the loss of our dear friend and colleague. Life won’t be the same without Ed but we feel comforted knowing that he lives on in the hearts of many.  He will be sorely missed. 

Ed was a compassionate man who now lives in heaven with God. RiP Ed
