Edna Frances Parrigan-Meehan

On December 24, 2023, with her husband at her side holding her hand, Edna Frances Parrigan Meehan passed away peacefully. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth J. Meehan.

Born on November 13, 1948 in Leitchfield, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Christine Parrigan.

Fran worked as a Real Estate Agent for Davis R. Chant Realtors before becoming an entrepreneur for (Dolls Are My Canvas Within My Soul), which she established in 1995.

Creating dolls was her passion. Fran was an avid doll maker, who received numerous awards for her creations and taught so many in her community. As part of that passion, she also founded and started the doll making club The Las Vegas Silver Doll-ers.

Surviving are her children Angela Soden and husband John, Nicole James and husband Randy, Kevin Bounds and wife Joleen, Brandi Meehan and husband Jason, Michele Krempasky and husband Andy, Michael Meehan and wife Lisa, Kenneth R. Meehan and wife Nita, Deborah Anne Meehan and husband Eric, 19 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, her sister Mary Patricia Parrigan, many nieces and nephews, as well as her beloved cats, Little Dale and Squeaky.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Billy, Tommy and Frank.
