Eduardo Lizo Guinoo

Engineer, musician and family man Eduardo "Eddie" Lizo Guinoo's love of life didn't end with his death. Eduardo passed away on January 20th, 2023, at the age of 73. He was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Born in Manila, Philippines, Eddie graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In 1973 he ranked among the Top 10 on the board exam for Chemical Engineers. After starting his career in the Philippines, his adventures with his wife, Mary Lou, would lead him to California, Ohio, Texas, and Nevada. However, his proudest moments came with his family. The simplest pleasures in life brought Eddie great joy. He loved spending time playing with grandkids and teasing his friends and loved ones. Often times he could be found reading books about chess strategies; or with a microphone stand and a guitar in his hand singing his favorite songs. He had an uncanny ability to find joy in life's little moments and share that happiness with those around him. Eddie is survived by his wife, Mary Lou; his daughters, Jennifer and Nicole; and his grandchildren, Haley, Brayden, and Lily Belle.
