Edward James Munro III, 67, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, Nov. 19, 2010, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward James Munro II and Mildred Munro Goodrich; and stepfather, Robert Goodrich. He is survived by his brother, Ronald (Barbara) Munro of Brandenburg, Ky.; stepbrother, Gil (Lorriane) Goodrich of Los Altos, Calif; and nephew, Rustin Munro of North Las Vegas. A native of Las Vegas since 1951, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1964-1966 and worked as a baccarat dealer for more than 20 years. He was well-known for his skill in archery, having won many Nevada State Championships. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
