Efren Malicdem Junio

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather Efren Malicdem Junio.

Efren was born in Bayambang Pangasinan, Philippines and passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2025 at the age of 83 in Las Vegas, Nevada surrounded by loved ones.

Efren’s playful spirit, strong work ethic, and unwavering dedication to his family will be remembered by everyone who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Erlinda; his children Rosemarie Rossi, Millie Junio, Fabian Junio, and Samee Junio; his siblings Chris, Karen, Remus, Susan, and Agnes; his grandchildren Zach, Blake, and Derek Rossi, and Rachael Burke; and great granddaughters Emery Rossi and Molly Burke. He is preceded in death by his daughter Anne Marie Junio-Connor.

A funeral mass will be held in Las Vegas and a Celebration of Efren’s life will be held in Colorado. Both dates pending, please visit this page for further updates.

His compassion and integrity will continue to guide us and the memory of his laughter will color our days. We carry him in our hearts, always remembered and deeply loved.

The family requests guests to honor Efren's memory by wearing casual, colorful, comfortable clothes or your favorite sports jersey in remembrance.
