Elaine Renee Halstead passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer. She was 67. She was born June 3, 1952 to Fred and Patricia Ditto.
An avid cat lover, Elaine was a longtime volunteer at Foreclosed Upon Pets, Inc. (FUPI)
She is survived by her husband Robert Halstead, daughter Mary Stephan, and three grandchildren, Angelica, Andy Jr, and Vincent.
