Elaine is preceded in death by her son Keith Jarrell and daughter Karla Dimich.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband Lowell S. Jarrell, son Kevin Jarrell (Traci-deceased), son Karry Jarrell, daughter Kristin Popp-Alger (Richard), son in law Alan Dimich and several grandchildren
A visitation for Elaine will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A funeral service will take place at 12:00pm with a burial to follow at 1:00pm at Palm Northwest Cemetery. A reception will occur Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 1:30pm - 3:30pm, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
