Howard F. Holmes, 89, a retired combat pilot for the United States Air Force, of Las Vegas, passed away December 12, 2013. He was born October 21, 1924 in Susanville, California. Howard is survived by sons, Keith (Robyn) and Craig Holmes; and four grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2013 from 9 AM to 11 AM with a Funeral Service to follow at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123. There will be a Graveside service with full military honors to follow.
