Jack Tilston

Jack Tilston, 84, passed away peacefully Dec. 1, 2013, at his home in Las Vegas. Jack was born March 7, 1929, in Llay, Wales, UK, to Eli and Gertrude Tilston. He was a graduate mining engineer and worked in mine management until 1984, when he relocated to Las Vegas and began a career as a real estate broker. Jack married the love of his life, Jean Watson, in 1950 in Wrexham, Wales. Jack enjoyed sports, exercising, reading, music, mathematics, travel and history. He will be remembered by everyone who knew him for his friendly disposition, his magnificent sense of humor and his intellectual ability. He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Paul; and grandson, Jonathan. Jack is survived by his wife, Jean; children, Peter Tilston (Tatiana), Janet Burton, and Lyn Livdahl (Scott); grandchildren, Dione, Keith, Andrew, Mateo, Sofia, Brad, Craig (Erin), Nick and Matt; and great-grandchildren, Evan, Ariana, Oliver and Everett.
