Joseph Malachi Simpkins

On October 20th at 2:43 pm a very special man, loving husband, outstanding father, loyal brother and a truly amazing friend passed away. This wonderful man "Joseph Simpkins" left this earth to be with his Savior Jesus Christ. Joe was the guy that everyone knew and loved. He would strike up a conversation with anyone and that person would end up being a friend for life. On many occasions Joe would work two jobs to support his wife Katie of 16 years and his three beautiful children, Brady 16, Savannah 14 and Skottlyn 5. Joey loved cooking so much that he made a career out of his passion by becoming a Chef at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. He never complained about working not to mention anything else. JoJo was just a fun loving, generous teddy bear. He was a very humble man, a giver and a service man to his country. He would give the shirt of his back to anyone and would never even think about asking for anything in return. Joe was a mentor to his nieces and nephews. At family events you could always find Uncle Joe sitting with the kids laughing and enjoying life. There is so much that can be said and so much that can be learned just by looking at the person. JoJo chose to be to us all with the time he had on this earth. He will truly be missed by all and forever remain in our hearts.
