Josephine (Jo) Schultz, 84, of Arcadia went peacefully to be with the Lord on Friday, May 31, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was preceded by her husband, Stephen Schultz; daughter, Priscilla Schultz; parents, Emanuele Scalia and Anna Maria Scalia; her brothers, Lee Scalia, Gaspare Scalia, Tony Scalia; and her sister, Louise Ferlisi. Jo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Schultz, Mary Vriend and husband Craig; grandson, Michael Vriend; and sister, Virginia Buffington. Jo loved to cook, travel, enjoy her friends and spoil her grandson. She was always there to give advice and help when someone needed it. Jo's service will be held at St. Luke’s Catholic Church on Friday, July 19th at 10am with a gathering in the church hall afterwards to reminisce and share stories.
