MUCHOS RECUERDOS,COMO OLVIDAR QUE CUANDO MURIO MI HERMANO TE ENFRENTASTE UNA SERIE DE DIFICULTADES PARA SACAR A MIS SOBRINOS ADELANTE, FUERON NUEVOS RETOS PARA TI, TUVISTE QUE TRABAJAR EN ALGO DIFERENTE A LO TUYO, FUERON MUCHOS RETOS QUE VENCER, SIN EMBARGO LO LOGRASTE.

FORMASTE DOS SERES DE BIEN. Y LO QUE SEMBRASTE EN ELLOS LO PUDISTE COSECHAR Y CONVERTIRSE A ESOS NIÑOS EN DOS ADULTOS REALIZADOS QUE HOY ELLOS LUCHAN POR SALIR ADELANTE .

EXPERIENCIAS AL REDEDOR DE LA MESA, CONVIVENCIA CONTIGO Y MIS PRIMOS, MOMENTOS QUE NOS HAN PERMITIDO HASTA LA FECHA VERNOS CON AMOR, 

LAZOS MUY FUERTES SE FORMARON QUE PUDIERON HACERNOS CONVIVIR COMO FAMILIA,  Y A PESAR DE LA LEJANÍA SABERNOS SIEMPRE UNIDOS.

I had but a handful of brief but indelible moments with my girlfriend Suzy’s beloved abuela. Not knowing more than a few Spanish phrases, I was woefully unprepared. Fortunately, language isn’t limited to words. In a single, simple gesture of taking my face in her hands, leaning in to kiss my cheek, and remarking to Suzy that I was guapetón, I knew in a moment more warmth and acceptance than I’d felt in a lifetime of connections with my blood-related grandmothers. I’ll never forget that feeling, or her. 

Te acompaño en este momento de dolor.

The last time I saw Buela, I got to sit on her bed and watch the Parent Trap with her while my sister cut her hair. I remember that Buela loved whenever there was dancing in the movie, and that she gasped when our movie cut to a Pizza Hut commercial and all she had to say was that she wanted pepperoni pizza. I can say from the bottom of my heart that I hope Heaven has a Pizza Hut, because she definitely deserves a slice. 
Buela has always been apart of my life, and it is still hard now to imagine visiting my grandparents without her being there. She always had amazing stories that my mom and grandmother would translate for me, and I remember her as an amazing cook. I cannot express enough the privilege of being able to have known her, and even more so to call her my great grandma. Te quiero mucho!

Hoy es Diciembre 12, 2020,  ha pasado un mes desde que te fuiste al cielo.  El dolor de tu partida es tan inmenso como el primer día, y lo seguira siendo hasta que te vuelva a ver.
Tu has side y seguiras siendo MARAVILLOSA, hoy, mañana, y siempre.
Tu nunca te quejaste, ni reclamaste, ni te enojaste por cosas  qhe olvide, que no hice bien, o que hice mal  sin querer  durante estos 10 anos.
Y antes cuando me fui de tu lado.  siempre senti tu amor dia tras dia aun cuando te dolia profundamente mi lejanía.  Perdoname por el dolor que te cause for tantos anos.
Le pido a Dios cada dia que nos de fuerzas a Armando y a Mi a vivir sin verte, ni oirte, ni abrazarte.  No nos olvides nunca a Armando a mi. 
Siempre fuiste  una madre intachable, llena de amor, y nos valoraste mas que a nada. GRACIAS POR SER NUESTRA MADRE MARAVILLOSA!
Tampoco olvides a Raulito, Teresita, Carlos, Suzy, Daniel, y los chicos.
Ojalá  nuestras oraciones  puedan ser oidas por Dios, porque ahora tu estas cerca de el y podrás intersedir por nosotros.

99 years may seem like a wonderfully long time to have a grandmother live to be there with our family, but i'd easily wish for another 99. Buela was more than my grandmother. She was my friend. I will miss her sharp wit, which she never lost, her gentleness, understanding and advice. I will miss her singing with my kid. I will miss her grabbing hands with my daughters saying, "Linda, Linda, Linda!" She understood my heart like only she could. Our family will always have a missing piece now that she is gone. We will  be our best selves because of who she was to us and what she taught us. Te quiero much, Buela.

Una mujer extraordinaria, fuerte, trabajadora; la vida la llevó a cambiar de ciudad y estar con Malena, pero eso no la alejo de nuestro corazón.
Grandes recuerdos , cada tarde tocaban fuerte a la puerta y al decir Quién?...

  pasábamos  tardes divertidas platicando, riendo y recordando historias de juventud de ella y mi mamá.
La última vez que por suerte estaba en México pasamos un rato feliz en el cumple de mi mamá.
Que los Ángeles la acompañen a su descanso Eterno, y no se cuándo ni cómo, pero nos encontraremos, mientras tanto Siempre en mi corazón!!

Sending all my love and support.  Abue was always so kind and loving to me since the moment we were introduced.   She always took her time to speak Spanish with me slowly.  She was a loving great grandmother to my children.  I do not believe I ever had a visit with Abue where she  didn't tell a joke or sing a little song to us all.    I am a better person having been loved by her.  I only hope to have the courage to give the same love and energy to  the world.

Mom also is survived by her son in law, Raulito Zavala, who was a vital key player of her care  in the last few years of her life,  his support was recognized daily by Mom  who always felt loved by him.

She  was an example of kindness and goodness.  She will always be my guide to follow...
