Julia Romero, 79, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on May, 27, 2017. She was born on April 14, 1938 in New Mexico and had been a resident of Las Vegas since 1988. Julia was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Bernabe Sandoval. She is survived by her husband, Fernando J. Romero; her children and their spouses, Julie (Joseph) Nichols, Ray (Monica) Romero, Elena (Dave) Ipharr; her grandchildren, Alex, Christina and Ana Romero, Emily Nichols, Amalia and Jacob Ipharr; her great-grandchildren, Liahna Romero and Layla Williams; her sisters and their spouses, Viola and Felix Briones, Norleen and David Boshko; and brother, Sam and LaRee Sandoval. Services will be held in New Mexico.
