A funeral service for Luis will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. A visitation will occur Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. A cremation will occur.
