He was born on November 21, 1947, in El Paso, Texas born to Adelina Arredondo. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas. Married to Alice Ornelas for 34 Years. He was an Army Veteran of the 101 Airborne during the Vietnam War.
Manuel was the proud father of four Children and grandfather to seven Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He treasured every moment in his role as Grandpa Pancho and showered his grandchildren with love and affection.
Manuel is survived by his wife Alice His children Yvette, Cindy, Robert (Isabel) and Linda. And his Grandchildren Alicia, Andrew, Michelle, Julessa, Jasmine Victoria and Joshua. And Great Grandchildren Royce and Aysia. And two sisters Martha Barragan and Cecille Garcia. He was preceded in death by his mother Adelina Arredondo.
