Michael Edward Kenney was born in St. Louis, Missouri on June 26, 1947 to Michael and Santina Kenney. He went on to St. Benedict’s College (now Benedictine College) in Atchison, Kansas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After college, he joined the National Guard. Michael is survived by his mother, Santina Kenney in Aurora, Colorado; his sisters: Marilyn Richards in Toronto, Ontario and Susan Duckett in Calgary, Alberta.
