Myrell J. Scoville, age 72, of Las Vegas, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015. He was born June 30, 1942 in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Scoville worked for the City of Girard, Ohio, serving as a police officer and court bailiff before retiring and moving to Las Vegas 18 years ago. After moving to Las Vegas, Mr. Scoville worked as the superintendent for ICS. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and Knights of Columbus. He served on the Girard, Ohio Board of Education, and enjoyed woodworking, gardening, cooking and fishing. He was preceded in death by his son, Myrell. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Madeline (nee Rocco), children Mark (Olimpia), Michael, Melissa Scoville and Michelle (Chris) Valoaga, fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, sisters Nora Wagner, Patricia Scoville and brother Thomas (Patty) Scoville.
