Nicholas Anthony Scinta

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Nicholas Anthony Scinta, who left us on February 6, 2024, at the tender age of 32. Nicholas was a cherished son, brother, father and friend. His vibrant spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew him.

Nicholas was born on July 2, 1991, in Buffalo, New York, to Mary Scinta and the late Joseph Scinta. He was always close with his parents and never held back in showing his affection toward them. Being the youngest child, he was a self-proclaimed “mama’s boy”, and Mary remained his best friend and strongest supporter throughout his life.

Nicholas is survived by his mother Mary Scinta, beautiful daughter Bella Grace, his siblings Michael Scinta, Lisa Scinta, Nicole (Scinta) Ball, Joey Scinta and his Grandmother Nancy Socha, along with his many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts. He is remembered as someone who, regardless of circumstance, shared his love generously and welcomed love gladly.

Nicholas had a passion for many things, including hockey, football, and riding motorcycles: all outlets for his boundless energy and enthusiasm. However, his greatest passion and pride was being a father to Bella, who was the light of his life.

Nicholas shared his father’s gift of making people laugh, bringing infectious laughter to those around him. We take comfort in knowing that he has been reunited with his father, together now in the embrace of God’s loving arms.

Nicholas’s beauty and charisma will be forever remembered by all who knew him. In his passing, he has blessed us with the reminder that the bonds we share can never be truly broken. We will honor his memory by providing the love to each other, his family, and friends that he is no longer here to give.

A celebration of Nicholas’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, February 14th at Palm Northwest Mortuary.

Nicholas, your absence on Earth will be deeply felt yet the memory of you will keep our hearts warm until we meet again.
