

DR. PAMELA ROBINSON Dr. Pamela V. Robinson, of Las Vegas, was born Sept. 9, 1958, in Elizabeth, N.J., and passed away March 30, 2010. She attended Spellman College as a undergraduate and received her DDS at Howard University. Pamela served her country as a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy during the Gulf War and was stationed at both Camp Le June and San Diego AFB. Pamela relocated to Las Vegas, where she has resided for the last ten years. Following an appointment at CCSN, she opened her private practice, North View Dental. Pamela served her community as a peer review officer for the Nevada Dental Society and was a frequent volunteer to Give a Kid a Smile Foundation and the Basset Hound Rescue Society. She is survived by her sister, Dr. Cheryl B. Robinson; brother-in-law, Amin Muhammad; aunts, Geraldine Irby of Mobile, Ala., and Dorthy Christian of New York; uncle, Charles Harris of New York; her "adopted Babies" Ky Bryan, Cindy Godoy, Norma Wiesner and Sadie Mae, all of Las Vegas; and a host of relatives, friends and associates across the country. Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Friday, April 9, with memorial services following, both at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lied Animal Shelter.
