

Ralph John Vitello of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on October 20, 2022. He was born on January 20, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York. In 1983 he moved to Staten Island, New York and lived there for 23 years.
In 1970 he met the love of his life, Joyce and they were married on January 1, 1979.
He was an active member of The St. Joseph Husband of Mary Catholic Church where he was proud to serve as an Usher and was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree.
Ralph spent 42 years in Construction Management. He took great pride in what he did. On 9/11, his company was called upon to help with the efforts to which there was no hesitation and he spent the next four weeks assisting everyone he could. He retired in 2008.
He had many hobbies and interests but his favorites were bowling and fishing. He was in several bowling leagues in Las Vegas and New York was his favorite place to fish. He loved to decorate for the holidays. His favorite tradition was putting up the Christmas lights with his Sister in Law, Shelly. You could always hear them laughing and occasionally fighting. He loved his friends and family and enjoyed spending time with them and making memories. He especially loved spending time with his family in Florida. Making people laugh was Ralph’s favorite. He will be missed beyond measure by all who knew him.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Joyce; Daughters, Lisa (Bert) Perez and Lori Vitello- Summers and her Fiancé Edward Lee Fox Jr.; Granddaughter, Amanda Perez; Grandsons, Kyle and Benjamin Summers; Niece, Dawn Zumbro; Sister in Law, Shelly Khan- Lava as well as many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Diana Vitello.
A visitation will be held at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 South Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 on Monday, November 7th at 6:00 PM.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph Husband of Mary, 7260 W. Sahara, Las Vegas, NV 89117 on Tuesday, November 8th at 10:00 AM.
