Richard Frank Cox, 74, of Las Vegas, passed away March 17, 2013. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a printer. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at Desert Spring United Methodist Church, 120 N. Pavilion Center.
