Robert R. Bowman, 77, of Las Vegas, passed away May 20, 2011. He was born June 11, 1933, in La Grand, Oregon, and resided in Nevada since the early 1950's. He was a telecommunications technician and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Laurel J. Bowman; son, Mark R. Bowman; stepsons, Mike (Rachel) Buckley and Kirk (Jill) Buckley, all of Las Vegas; and sister, Geraldine Buttner of Carson City. All services are private.
