Robert "Bob" was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on September 12, 1946 to Robert H. Brunilson, Sr. and Estelle Podlasinski. Bob grew up in a suburb of Milwaukee. In his teen years he became a carnival ride operator. He operated rides at many county fairs in Wisconsin. In 1962 he came to the Waupaca County Fair in Weyauwega, Wisconsin, where he met his current wife, Arlene for the first time. Bob graduated high school and went on to receive an Associates Degree in Small Engines. He loved music and played piano accordion and sang at bars in Milwaukee. Bob served in the Army at Fort Carson, Colorado as a heavy weapons infantryman and was medically discharged in 1964. Both Arlene and Bob went their separate ways and then met again in 1994. Bob became aware they had met 30 years earlier by recognizing Arlene's high school picture as the girl with the red glasses he had met at the fair. Bob and Arlene married in Las Vegas in 1994 at the "We've Only Just Begun" Chapel. Their life together began in Wisconsin where they lived for seven years before moving to Las Vegas in January of 2002. Bob had a type "A" personality with a great sense of humor. His positive attitude and optimism remained constant throughout his marriage to Arlene. Bob's imagination, creativity, artistry and knowledge was beneficial to his trade in home remodeling. He was known to his friends as "Builder Bob." Bob and Arlene lived in Las Vegas for twelve years. After a lengthy illness, Bob was called home on October 16, 23014. His memory will always remain in our hears and spirit. His dogs, Rocky and baige, miss him greatly and are still looking for their daddy to come home.
