

Sharon Ann Tomlinson was born January 5, 1946 in Helena, Montana. She attended Rick’s College, BYU, and University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She was a therapist first in Memphis, Tennessee. She then moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she worked at UMC and many care facilities in the city.
While Sharon led a solitary life, her dogs were her greatest love and life companions. She always rescued older dogs and had a big heart for neglected pets. She was passionate about all animals and supported many animal foundations.
Sharon enjoyed reading and always made sure her Kindle was close by. She also loved doing puzzles and gardening. Sharon was known to be very sentimental and had a deep affection for her pomegranate tree, which was planted by her father.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Florence Tomlinson, and by her brother Art Tomlinson. Sharon is survived by her sister, Blanche Morgan, and sister-in-law Stephanie Tomlinson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews: Lauren Tomlinson, Adam Morgan, Melissa Morgan, and Jason Morgan.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 19, with a private family viewing from 2:30-3:00 PM at Palm Northwest Mortuary, followed by a graveside at 3:00 PM Palm Northwest Cemetery.
