Sherman B Gonce, 78, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan 22, 2013. Born Sept 17th, 1934 in Raton New Mexico and was a 61 year resident of Las Vegas. Sherman retired as the postmaster of North Las Vegas with 37 years of service. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Sherman is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Barbara, sister Sandy (Ron) Penna; children Sara (David) Courtney, Laura Gonce, Peter (Teri) Gonce, Beth (Russell) Livingston; grandchildren Brian, Craig, Nathaniel, Elyse, Eric, Grace, Max, Noah and Isabella; great-grandchildren Hunter and Lillian. Visitation from 10am-1pm, Jan. 26th at Palm Mortuary Cheyenne. Services at 2pm, Jan. 26th at Faith Lutheran Church, 2700 S. Towne Center Dr.
