Skylar "Sky" Kaitlin Yenser

Sky had a mega Watt smile and vibrant personality. She was witty and charming, and brought vitality to every room she entered. She loved to laugh. Sky had an amazing sense of adventure from a very young age and a lack of fear. No ride at the park was too tall or scary, no cliff jumping or zip-lining would she pass up.

She loved family gatherings, and spending time with her kids, her cousins and her sister Brianna.

In new situations, she would read and study all the info she would find. She is the only person I ever knew to read a prescription drug insert from cover to cover.

After an accident at 14 left her with a broken femur, she thought of going into physical therapy. Recently she finished medical assisting school.

Her kids, Sophie Moon (6) and Oliver (3) loved their mommy so much. She enjoyed being a mom and seeing the specialness in each of her kids.

One day when Skylar was a very young girl (grade school) she realized that her Initials S-K-Y spelled her nick name Sky. She came home from school delighted. She couldn’t wait to me her mother.

Sky’s favorite songs were Fly me to the moon (Sinatra), Always some things there to remind me (Dionne Warwick), hypnotize (Notorious Big), I wanna be sedated (Ramones) She had a love a music and dancing and eclectic tastes.

So many of us will miss Sky every day. There will be clouds in our sky for a very long time without her.
