Susan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her true joy in life was found in her relationships with her family, her friends, and with her Heavenly Father and her Savior, Jesus Christ. Susan truly loved being Grandma Suzy to her 17 grandchildren and had the special ability to make each one feel like her favorite. She spent all of her adult life serving and loving others through her various church callings and missions. Susan passed peacefully in her home on May 20, 2025 and was joyously reunited with her parents, her brother Dave, her nephews Matthew and Colten and her in-laws, Wayne and Lucy.
Her family will be hosting a visitation Tuesday, May 27 from 6-8pm followed by the funeral services on Wednesday, May 28 at 10am at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Monte Cristo building, 1801 S. Monte Cristo Way. Susan’s husband, children, and posterity will never forget what it felt like to be loved by a literal Angel on this earth and know that love and our relationship continues from Heaven. Forever and Eternally.
