Thomas Christ Mehas

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Christ A. Mehas and Areta (Ann) Mehas.

He attended Trinity Junior College and the University of Colorado, Boulder where he received his Masters of Science in Chemistry. A veteran of the United States Army, he came to work for Reynolds Electric Engineering Co. (REECO) as a Radiation Scientist/Engineer in 1966.

Thomas Christ Mehas leaves many memories of love behind with his beloved spouse of 38 years, Mona Mehas; two daughters Stephanie and Paulette Mehas; two granddaughter Shayna Mehas and Katherine Hammond (Michael); two great grandchildren Mayze Mehas and Leo Hammond; sister Frances Evans; and several nephews and friends.

A funeral service for Thomas, officiated by Pastor Jacobi, will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 South Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 8914.
