Tina Rae Hernandez, age 65 passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. Tina was born November 15, 1956 in Bucyrus, Ohio.
A memorial service for Tina will be held Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131, followed by a reception from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
