Our deepest condolences to the Thompson family.  It’s never easy to lose anyone that you’re close to or  a loved one, the blessing is knowing that they are no longer hurting, stressing, nor fretting over anything…they’re just going with the flow of their next level of life. It is most definitely difficult,  but please do know our prayers are with each and every one of you, especially you, Sonya, because you had to do it all by yourself. It’s a blessing to have family there, that love and support you, just as Aunt Vertis always loved and supported each and every one of us. We are sending you all a huge hug and please know if you need us, we are here for you.

Ms. Vertis Thompson was a beautiful, 
kind, and loving person.  She loved the Richardson family and the Richardson family loved her. When Ms. Vertis and I would talk to each other she would always say to me "Hi, Patricia" in a sweet calm voice. Ms. Vertis will truly be missed by me and by the one's who knew her and loved her.

Sending love and prayers to the family that each and every sad heart will be filled with joy, laughter, happiness and peace as we say goodbye for now  to a very special woman.❤️

The thought of losing a dear Aunt breaks all of our hearts....oh but to remember the days of those two/three sisters with their children at amusement parks, holidays, barbeque or times when they were in their secret whispers bring such joy.  I wouldn't think of  her parting as a sad occasion for Auntie lived with laughter love and priceless joy.

To the family.  cousins. and beyond stay strong as your steps reflect her life works.  We shall always rember Aunt Vertis........with love...
