Violet Elizabeth Werger age 99, passed away on November 4, 2025. She was the wife of John Werger for 60 years, who passed on September 8, 2009. Violet was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 1, 1926. She was a supervisor in the accounting department at The Telephone Co. for 28 years. First in Manhattan, then Long Island, and finally Las Vegas.
John and Violet moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1963, retired from 1972 and traveled the world extensively for 20 years. Violet will be laid to rest at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada on November 18, 2025, with John, “Together for Eternity.”
