Lt. Col./Retired William E. Collette passed away peacefully of natural causes on Mar. 7th at his home in Pahrump, NV. Col. Collette was born in Green Bay, WS in 1919, received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree from RPI. Col. Collette served 30 years in the USAF and was a veteran of WWII, Korea, and the Viet Nam wars. He is survived by 5 children: Jane, William, Susanne, Christy and Robert. Viewing will be from 2 to 6pm at Palm Mortuary on Main St. Thurs. 12 Mar Funeral will be at St. Bridget Catholic Church 220 N 14th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 1pm on Fri. 13 Mar. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately after the funeral.
