Yasaan Dondre Davenport

Yasaan Dondre’ Davenport was born in Torrance California on April 18, 1999 the eldest child to the union of Ruth Brooks-Davenport and Walter D. Davenport III. Yasaan was a happy friendly child, those who knew him knew that he was special from the start.

Yasaan was an outgoing young man very talented in many areas. At the age of 2 he made his very first rap song entitled “I how ta tie my shoe” he was so very enthusiastic there was never a dull moment when Yasaan was in the building. By the age of 5 his claim to fame was writing songs for Biggie and Tupac because he knew all of the words to their songs and therefore had to have written them.

Having moved to Las Vegas, NV from Los Angeles California in 2003 at the age of 3 he was always enticed by the lights. He knew he wanted to be a Superstar. Yasaan began elementary school in 2004 and was a very smart kid also popular. Growing thru the years acquiring many friends almost all of who continue to be in his life up until now. Yasaan began playing basketball in Middle school at Mike O’Callahan M.S. and continued at Keller M.S. Stepping his game up in High school at Eldorado H.S. Maxpreps had declared Yasaan Davenport #22 point guard Eldorado H.S. state and regional MVP.

Yasaan began his Jr year of High school at Sunrise Mountain H.S. where you could not keep him from doing what he loved most.

Yasaan had a way about him that made everyone feel special. He had a smile that lit up the room and a heart as big pure as gold. Yasaan had a way with the ladies from quite a young age he would mesmerize them with his beautiful eyes and bashful smirk. Yasaan was looking forward to attending college this spring and playing at either one of the two schools of his choice as an ASU Sun Devil or USC Trojan.

Yasaan was an up and coming rapper, with many hits yet to be released under his belt. Yasaan’s caltalog of music expands a decade and includes performances with many other aspiring artist. When he wasn’t on the court he was in the studio.

Yasaan received his wings on February 5, 2017.
