Zayna D. Notar

Zayna D. Notar, affectionately known as Mama Z, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 11, 2011 at the age of 80. She was born July 26, 1930 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and has been a 20 year resident of Nevada. She loved bingo, playing cards and doing puzzles. Mama Z is survived by her sons, Keith Brennaman in Las Vegas and Kevin Brennaman in New Castle; daughters, Karen DeLoranzo of New Castle and Kathleen Durgan of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; sisters, Anita DeMarco of New Castle, Judith Koblitz of New Castle, Lila Panzo of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and Marilyn Durgam of New Castle; and brother Norman Durgam of New Castle. She is predeceased by her son, Kirk Brennaman, daughter, Marie Flyer, and sister, Gloria Nader. Visitation will be held at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Another Visitation and Funeral Service will be held next week in New Castle, Pennsylvania through Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home (T= 724 658-4711). Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery in New Castle, next to her husband, Ken Brennaman. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, Las Vegas, Nevada.
